In most core metro areas, our average pickup time is 25–40 minutes from confirmation. For scheduled routes and recurring pickups, we assign fixed time windows tailored to your operations.
What can your couriers carry?
We handle envelopes, small parcels, boxes, and temperature-stable medical samples. For hazardous materials, oversized items, or high-value cargo, we will assess on a case-by-case basis and provide appropriate equipment and insurance options.
Do you offer proof of delivery?

What are your operating hours?
Standard hours are 7am–9pm, seven days a week in most markets. Overnight and 24/7 dispatch is available for Enterprise customers and select verticals such as healthcare and critical infrastructure.
